REMOTE

We have a Remote-Work Conduct Policy that all employees are expected to follow. All employees should work with HR and their Manager to get approval on international travel prior to booking to ensure no disruption in client travel or business operations (taxes, etc).

  • When working from a remote location other than their place of residence, employees are expected to continue to work during their regular agreed-upon hours based on their place of residence, not 8:00 AM–5:00 PM in the timezone they’re visiting.
  • Digital nomad traveling may be restricted if an employee’s physical presence is needed locally (Example: in-person client meetings, or company events).
  • Digital nomad traveling internationally may be restricted if the employees’ travel could create tax or regulatory hurdles for the company.
