Horrendous plan. It was so expensive. Just to insure myself and one child it was so much money. And then of course co pays and deductible it was not even worth working since most of your money was taken for insurance costs.

I had blue cross blue shield. I broke my hand and they paid for the whole thing. about 15,000 dollars total they were really great!

Its great because its cheap and you have a lot of options.
