They seemed to have an okay track to be promoted. They told me I was on the fast track to get a promotion when I left, but observing supervisors and the additional stress and workload they received, I determined it wasn't worth it. It was already too stressful as it was!

We do have online and onsite classes on a whole range of topic, mostly core to the industry and Discover's business. The program would benefit from some out of industry business case and classes to keep thinking outside of our bubble. Performance review twice a year determine 100% of your salary raise and bonuses
