The did not match employee contributions

Decent 401k, however only distributed 1x per year.

The have limited low cost fund available through Wellsfargo.

401K Match was not applied until 12/31 so if employee left or was laid off anytime prior to 12/31, company did not provide 401K match. This is based on 2017 benefits package. Could be different in 2018 or 2019

20 PTO days at hire. Flexible work from home options.

Ditech only offerd a 50% match at the time

The company which was used was changed to an inferior company to save money

Horrible, not sure if illegal but no employer match contribution until the end of the year. I guess this saved them alot of money when turnover is taken into consideration. Every employer I've ever heard if makes payroll contributions so beneficiaries would reap benifits on compounding interest on a continual basis.

Recent change in plan provider so it remains to be seen how service is with the new plan. Investment selections are somewhat limited.
