High premiums and deductible. No mental health coverage (when I was there)

There aren't many options and they are all expensive, but I guess that's how a lot of businesses are. Healthcare is just expensive.

The health care is average with a few plans to chose from including HSA and higher premium plans.

Premiums could be better, but it is fairly good

Poor coverage, expensive copays/high-deductibles, and expensive premiums (up to $800/month for a family.) There are multiple options available with differing levels of coverage, but even the most basic is still expensive compared to plans I've had with other employers in the past. The premiums I pay each month would have given me $20 copays, prescription drug coverage,and $1000 out of pocket maximum at my former employer, but with Docutech I basically have the minimum coverages allowed under the ACA.
