Like any other employer they sell it as this huge benefit to all of their employees, but truth is there is something called the Safe Harbor 401(k), which is a way for employers to avoid the non-discrimination test of a company 401(k) plan to not allow High Income Earners ($125k+) to put in more than income earners below $125k.

Match is on low end of average. Has a decent number of options for purchase but could be more.
