Pension plan is 5% into a hypothetical account (can you say risky) and grows less than the cost of living. Employees that started at Dow before Jan 1, 2008 have a traditional pension which offers a much higher benefit. The wages for those pre-2008 and post-2008 are the same, how is this not discriminatory?

Very good but was changed for new employees in late 2000s
