Performance Bonus is a double-edged sword, they are nice when they are well funded. No clarity from upper-management on exactly the Performance Award is determined. Only given out annually based on overall company EBITA and is subject to change. I'd rather have more base pay and a smaller bonus or bonuses on a quarterly basis.
