If you are lucky enough to work at their SF HQ then they have their own fully equipped gym as well as their own personal trainer (whom I've heard will whip you into shape quite quickly). However, if you're like me and work in Seattle or any other satellite location, then they offer a generous stipend each month (up to $200 I believe) to choose any other gym you like. Also, as we are in the Columbia Tower, we get access to the building's private gym (which I have yet to have taken advantage of) on top of the gym reimbursement each month.
