You get a couple days of training but you’ll still be super uncomfortable before you hit the floor. The new educator is not good. Owner demoted the best educator she could have ever had

Training is only a few days, so you don't learn enough to make clients happy or even satisfied. Which then results in unpleasantries amongst other staff. Only good thing is that its paid training.

You do two days then you are on the floor and for a little bit they will give you pointers but they don’t really do much unless you are just doing awful

They make sure you get the training. But hopefully the master stylist knows what there doing. I don't even know how one even got on the team cause she's horrible at her job. But that's what kissing butt will get you.
