Sick Leave

Since you have to work x amount of hours to get sick hours if you get anything that keeps you out of work more then two days you’re getting unpaid days off for until you’re better

You have to work full-time in order to accumulate sick days and they make it extremely hard for that. You are scheduled for 40 hours, but they call you off throughout the week to make sure that you don't hit the 40 hour mark and stay right under.

Horrible, I and other stylist who had to work when sick. Colds, flu, pneumonia doesn't matter they want you at work. And it's very hard to take off. If you have a request, they still want you to go in to do them no matter how sick you are.
