It is not the best insurance. It covers very little of medical care and prescriptions with high deductibles.

The plan deductible for visits is higher than what I pay through my wife's insurance and they have a deductible of over $1,000 you must pay if you have a hospital visit or visit the emergency room prior to the insurance paying anything. Never saw this in any of my other previous employers. Reason why I never had insurance with this company. Better deal under wife's insurance policy.

All of the benefits were very good and I was satisfied with them. It was a pain to have to submit a bill each time to get approval for using my flex debit card
