Pretty average 6% match program. Not as good as a government 6% AND 452, but still good.

They no longer offer pension, but do offer 100% match on the 1st 6% of the employee salary the employee contributes. They also now contribute 4% regardless of whether the employee contributes, for a max of 10%/year of the employees' salaries.

Great company match... nothing negative to say about it.. comparable to my previous blue chip employer

The best thing is that employees are eligible to participate on day 1 of employment, and they match up to 6%. The worst thing are the fees charged by managing brokerage firm - again for a company this size.
