Healthy individuals who meet the metrics pay very little for health insurance

Great options for health insurance, including PPO and high deductible plans . High deductible plans also offer HSA, with Duke matching contributions

The health insurance is sufficient and the dental is more than applicable. I've not been at a company that was as focused on employees as much as this one

With critically ill children, Diabetics...costs are MORE expensive through insurance for pump supplies, pumps and insulin. I paid as uninsured for a Tandem x2 pump for my child. My cost was $4300. If I would have gone through insurance I would have paid $8000. They pay higher premiums and once the $10,000 deductible is met we still have to pay 20% co-pay on everything. Each year we spend around $27,000 for employee insurance coverage+ deductible+20%. We cannot cope and the salary is good but the poor insurance coverage breaks us.
