The employee discount is too cheap. Most people didn't even pay for their stuff anyways because everyone believed they shouldn't have had to. The owner is too money-driven and expects performance well-beyond the minimal salary that they are only willing to pay.

the only discount you receive is 50% off only certain items. Also only available on the day of your shift, not available if you go in on your day off for a drink.

It is 20 or 10% off, it varies store to store, day to day, month to month.
