It mainly is just a 50% discount for food or drinks but it is only when you are on the clock working, otherwish no connected discounts.

At first it was great. We got free donuts and free beverages and 50% of anything we ordered while not on the clock. Turned into no donuts and 5% discount off the clock. Beverages remain free.
