Job training depends on the trainer.

I was thrown into the fire. Not much training at all.

I loved train new people at work . Either they trained with someone physically or it would be on the computer . Personally I think physically training someone is a better and faster way for someone to learn because it’s hands on.

It was alright, not the best traininng

Dunkin’ Donuts had a lot of training to make sure it was clean and a safe space for consumers every day.

it isnt very standardized, i just shadowed people until I got the hang off things
