If you work hard you can earn raises but you have to work hard

Wage gradually raised with experience & dependability; was refused raise due to problem clocking in on time even though we clearly communicated that despite my punctuality problems resulting from ADHD, I was nonetheless one of the hardest-workers among the bunch... we were instructed not to keep any tips, which I held MUCH more sacred than coworkers who would keep them so long as manager wasnt around.... no free food....we didn't even get an employee discount

It looks great at first glance. There's a range of things worth decent money if as a store you meet the goals. The problems come in unmentioned conditions that pop up that make it harder. There's a system in place that can cause the bonus to be lost easily. If you can earn the bonus, it's pretty nice though.

When you meet all requirements above and beyond, you should get a nice sized bonus instead of them being cheap, they should show their appreciation!
