You should keep track of your bonuses yourself. They are posted on the wall for each employee. Often, the manager will cut you off in the middle of a call and switch you to a different campaign causing you to lose the bonus. As well, they manipulate the states to prevent you from qualifying.

The structure for bonuses is a moving target at best. Bonuses went from discretionary to rigid and overly defined to somewhat defined and back to manager discretion.
