6 days a year; they are accrued at the end of each month and do not carry over. Maybe prefer for them to be frontloaded but I am not sick often so I hardly have to use these days.

they offer 5 sick days per year but if you do not use them by the end of the year you do not get paid for them and they do not rollover into the next year

One can accrue up to 240 sick hours and can also donate to a sick leave bank which is awesome as we've had some colleagues who needed to use them for chemotherapy treatments.
