Its a Fidelity 401k plan. You can opt in/out of payments throughout the plan year allowing you to pay more or less based on your circumstances, with extra catch up payments allowed after the age of 50. The Fidelity plan funds have performed quite well over the years. The number of funds available is 32. You can borrow against your 401k with a loan if you need cash. As with any loan you can choose the length of the repayment plan which is at a rate of 5% interest. That interest is paid back into your 401k account. You're not losing money as the interest is paid to your account but you offset that against the potential gains that you lose by taking that money out of the market.

Company match at the end of year so lose out on match if you quit before end of year. No contribution to Roth IRA after limit reached

The 401k is a new program for the company, but satisfied with the options.

While E2open's 401(k) Plan is not a new program, it has gotten better. Our 401(k) now includes an employer match of 50% of the first 6% of salary deferred that is immediately vested.

Nice to have the plan but no company match whatsoever. Good investment choices within the plan.
