Currently WFH is allowed, but they are subtly pushing us to return to the office. The CEO has expressed that he does not like WFH on multiple occasions. It appears to be unlikely that it will be allowed for much longer.

For the product development team, working from home is easy to do because we are supplied with laptops and a VPN to login to the corporate network. The cost of working from home is not paid for by the company. e.g. internet provider fees, except under certain circumstances. Working from home is common for some in the company but coming to the office frequently is also expected by some managers.

For my position, this is not possible due to the nature of my role. But a lot of other people work from home on a daily basis.
