Covers almost nothing. Reasoning is "they want to encourage healthy lifestyles" but in reality it just discriminates against employees with pre-existing medical conditions such as type 1 diabetes or asthma.

There are different options for health insurance plans and you can choose which one fits your life best.

It's an HSA that cost way to much out of pocket.

No tuition reimbursement. Very low matches on 401k than most corporations. Insurance is very high, even for single person. No bonus unless you are an executive. Good vacation plan and PTO. No assistance with employee meals, since we work in the middle of nowhere where there is hardly any places to eat. All company functions you are not expected to pay for your meal, bring in a dish or pay for your ticket...so what's the point? Only company function where it doesn't come out of our pocket is the Christmas Luncheon that is only for employees. So no actual Christmas party.

They cover most of the employees personally, and the family rate is reasonable.

Offered a HSA medical plan one year, then eliminated the option the next year, now going to this type of plan for everyone.

Most are better off signing up for Obamacare. The family plans are ridiculously expensive. Deductibles are high and coverage is spotty.

We recently had a surgery and the insurance process was small and painless.
