Most stuff is covered but you still have a significant amount to cover after insurance has paid their portion.

Used to have a better discount, but now we get a lower discount that's taken off "on the back end of billing"

If you are going to offer health insurance for PT workers don't make it take almost half of their check! It's pretty terrible that you are a hospital and can't seem to get the cost of your health insurance down for all employees.

The worst thing about the health insurance is the coverage for out of the southern area. You have a harder time getting it accepted else where except emergency room visit. But it can be straighten out later through the health insurance provider

very good care provided for employees, the access to care is second to none, the providers are good and ready to care

The health insurance is pretty good. It's not that expensive and fairly comprehensive in terms of coverage with the knock being that the network is somewhat limited.

Best thing - plans are easy to understand and basic coverage is good
