Price is a little high

COBRA program could use a second look. I paid for several months to find out that my insurance was never activated. I requested money back and was paid back, however it seemed like an untrustworthy process. Important to note that the COBRA program is contracted through a 3rd party.

Blue cross, decent co-pay also

Best: Premiums weren't terrible Worse: Poor coverage. High deductible was the only affordable coverage for a family and it was essentially catastrophic coverage. Otherwise, it's all out of pocket.

2 Medical options vision and dental.

Not many options when it comes to providers. It could be worse but it could also be much better, especially with a company of this size.

Best Benefits I've seen in any job. which doesn't mean much coming from me but yeah

The health insurance was of a decent plan and reasonable cost to the employee; don't know about the cost to add your family members
