Company match is small, but they do a discretionary contribution based on age and length of service. Always 100% vested in your contribution + match. 3 year vesting for the discretionary contribution. Would be nice to be able to purchase company stock at a discount rather then the current market rate.

Their 401K is pretty much good. i don't have any complaints that ESPN's 401K plan is bad. I think overall for a big company like ESPN and it is own by The Walt Disney Company. There is no much difference.
