The match is an average 3%. The plan is through Fidelity, and it's very easy to access and manage.

Fidelity is not a bad provider but it appears that they have opted for the most basic allowable version of a 401k with the highest allowed fees to boot. It would be pretty easy to beat this benefit but it's still the best way to minimize taxes.
