The bar for health care providers in the US is set pretty low but the insurance provider seems pretty far behind the times with their delivery of services and the myriad of forms, different websites, and systems for getting things done. It's almost like they don't want you to bother unless it's serious. They will need to look into a proactive, preventative medicine and exercise program awards system soon with all the research coming to light.
