Pretty good pension plan. I'm grateful they offered it!

The 401K plan was good with a company match.

Best: EY’s 401(k) plan gives you access to a solid retirement savings vehicle with employer matching contributions (e.g., up to around 25–50% on the first 6% you contribute after you’ve been there a year or more) and choices through a reputable provider like Fidelity, which helps you build long-term savings with tax advantages. Worst: The match rate itself is relatively modest compared with some competitors, and there’s usually a waiting period and a vesting schedule before you fully own employer contributions, meaning if you leave earlier you could forfeit part of the match.
