Good balance of people from different cultures

diversity is embraced and there are affinity groups throughout the organization and offices.

Really go out of the way to encourage, racial, ethnic, gender and sexually diversity. There are profeessional support networks etc. EY make financial donations to support groups that promote diversity. I find it a bit overdone. Although I have never heard nor seen any harassment occassionaly someone makes a politically inappropriate comment.
