Vacation & Paid Time Off

Offered PTO was more than generous at Eastern Controls'. You do earn your time throughout the year, but a credit is available to you throughout the year. As long as you work the full year, you are guaranteed all PTO offered. If you left prior to accruing the time off you have taken, you will have to pay the company back.
