Retirees no longer get the benefit of health insurance or life insurance. This to me is a slap in the face to people who have worked at the company for a long time like I have.

Older employees have a pension etc. New employees are on plan where they contribute a lump sum into your 401k every year as the retirement payout.

401k matching only offered for employees hired after 1/1/07. Prior to that is on a pension, which is underfunded. Who knows if it will even be available. I would like to convert to a 401k.
