401K Plan

nothing out of the ordinary or special here. Most companies run their 401(k) plans through Fidelity. So it’s as good as that I guess.

As of now (not sure when it will be take) we have a pension with take 5yr to become vested in and no match on 401k. Which sucks for new hires because you may not make 5yrs before it ends and you haven't gotten a match before it ends so you're... screwed

LOTS of investment options which is great. They also have a lot of educational tools and knowledgeable human resources to assist in planning. The Fidelity website is very difficult to navigate.
