Compared to my previous employer, the health insurance here is really a step back for me. Much higher co-pay, dental coverage not as good, high yearly deductible.

The out-of-pocket amount has gone up as more employees have been added. It is a self-funded plan so it can be confusing when trying to get an answer from the administration company.
