Good plan with TIAA and EDUCAUSE matches twice what you contribute after a six month waiting period.

The retirement plan is with TIIA-CREF and if you contribute the max of 5% then the company will match that with a 10% contribution. If you contribute less they don't match at all. I don't have any knowledge about how disbursements are other than due to terminating employment with the association.
