The company offers medical coverage through a high deductible health plan — the Consumer Choice Plan. When you enroll in this plan, you have a health savings account (HSA) (if eligible) that includes a company contribution (depending on your salary), the potential for additional earned well-being incentives deposited into your account (depending on your hire date), and the opportunity to make your own pre-tax contributions. Your medical plan carrier — Aetna, Anthem, Cigna, or Kaiser Permanente — is based on your home ZIP code. When you enroll in the medical plan, you automatically receive prescription drug coverage through CVS/Caremark (unless your carrier is Kaiser, in which case Kaiser will also administer your prescription drug coverage). A variety of wellness resources are also available to medical plan participants.
