Hybrid work environment…3 days in office and 2 days at home. Some people were granted total work at home for ridiculous reasons. The best ones are they only have one car and another one is they did not want to be distracted.

I work from home, which is great. There will be no promotions for remote workers unless they relocate to an office

Many full time remote employee across the countries and those coming into the office are only required to come in 2 days per week. Those 2 days are flexible for what works best for each employee.

This has worked out well for most employees to be able to work from home. A small portion need to be at the office but that's because what they need to do can only be done there.
