The option to work from home full time is very valuable.

Leadership is willing to offer work from home when needed

Depends on area and manager, but accepted throughout company and some jobs are remote only positions

Got whole new workstation before my starting date at my door step. it simply grate.

I do not currently enjoy the flexibility of working from home but there are positions that do offer the chance to work at home.

The expectation in our group at least that you're always online via a chat window causes constant disruption to your work day, and because they have so many remote workers they seem to schedule more meeting to talk to everyone than anywhere else I've worked. But my understanding is this is unique to the particular division I work in.

The option to work at home is now extremely limited. The majority of the Customer Service Reps have been there 5 + years when working at home was a common option. Now, the only way to get that is if you agree to work a late shift past 8 PM or if you have medical reasons that restrict you from being in the office. If you work from home, you also have to have the available internet service that only works with Anthem. You also miss out on collaboration and promotions if you work at home because you basically get forgotten about.

Fair if you work for the flexible managers. Some people are required to work in offices if offices are available within a reasonable distance
