Best-it's not the marketplace.
Worst-almost everything except it's better than the marketplace.

Co-pay a bit high ($ 35.00 per visit) for PPO, and could not find a dentist which accepts the (free) Dental plan.

I worked with the company for over 10 years and they provide a family environment and care about their customers

The network of providers covers a good percentage of the providers in NYC and nearby counties. The PPO plan includes an extended national network.

Benefits will not be as they were. Beginning 1/1/2016, PPO will have an In-Network Deductible (didn't have one prior), costs will be raised to 20% of the cost of healthcare (used to be ~17.5%), 75$ monthly charge for spouse that waives their work coverage (new in the coming year), and the silver lining *dental coverage is now optional*. Mind you that the "geniuses" at claims have a proper claims process percentage of roughly 15%. In other words, costs are up, efficiency is stagnant, and most of all the employee bears the brunt! If you are from out of the HMO area and need PPO look for a different company.

There are several options to choose from when selecting health insurance, both HMO and PPO plans are offered to employees, and employees can opt in or out of dental and/or vision plans each year during open enrollment. The flexibility and the cost are reasonable in all plans.

Horrible no one takes their insurance. More and more providers are refusing to take patients who have them as an insurance provider. Worst is if you live out of state, no one has heard of them and those that do stop taking them after a year or so.
