Since Emergent Software is a fully-remote workplace with no physical headquarters, all our company policies are remote-work friendly, and all our client contracts require the ability to perform work remotely.
Also, the entire company gathers once a year for Emergent Connect, where we set aside our laptops and focus on making human connections with our coworkers for a day.
These programs encourage a healthy remote working environment.
