Best is that it is offered and the premium each pay check is not as bad as many other companies. The high deductible plans just do not give enough in coverage for more common health needs. Requirement to use Emory facilities than providers you may have had for a long time before starting as an employee...require paying out-of-network copayments. Scheduling at Emory facilities is far more effort than nearby competitive providers/networks.
