Thanks for your review! We're glad to hear you're enjoying the plan options. One thing to note is that Lever provides 100% premium coverage for both Lever employees and their dependents. The vision and dental plans are a little more nuanced. As an early-stage startup, we don't yet offer all the perks that we eventually hope to, but we're constantly evaluating our benefits offerings and would love your feedback on what you'd like to see in the future. Thank you for sharing this review with us - we are very sorry to hear about your difficulty with the benefits coverages. Employees are able to find doctors covered on our healthcare plan through the carrier's portal and we encouraged all of our team to review the benefits packages when we transitioned to a new provider December of 2014. Our benefits offerings do include several services at very low, or no cost to the employee and while co-pays have increased in the last 12 months our changes in premium contributions have remained nearly flat. We also make significant contributions to the team's benefit costs to keep the total cost to the employee very minimal.
