Dental Insurance

Three dental plans are available — Basic, Standard and Premier. All options include in-network and out-of-network coverage.
Once the deductible has been satisfied under the Basic and Standard plans, services are covered up to a calendar year maximum per person.
The Premier plan does not have a deductible and pays up to $10,000 per person per calendar year. The Standard and Premier dental plans include orthodontia lifetime benefits between $2,000–$3,000 per covered individual.
The Premier plan covers dental implants, veneers, adult orthodontia, and other services not covered under the other dental plans.
