The two vision plan options provide an eye exam, prescription glasses or contact lenses every calendar year, and frames every other calendar year. Laser vision correction discounts are also available. With the Easy Options plan, each member gets to choose from a variety of covered upgrades such as higher frame or contact allowances, progressive lenses, photochromic lenses, or anti-reflective coating.
