High deductible and high out of pocket plans

Best thing is that it is a good health insurance plan. Bad thing is that all health insurance plans aren't great.

The best part is we have Cigna so we are accepted nearly everywhere. The worst part is that with private insurance, the high deductible plans are expensive and punishing if you have an expensive procedure in the first half of the year. And the PPO option costs so much it's prohibitive unless you have major medical issues.

High deductible but decent cost

average at best. could ahve been more affordable for whatthey offered. or offer more for what we paid.

Great place to work, talented people

Premium price goes up every year. Benefits stay constant or decrease

Very bad, you have to pay a high amount of money from your pocket.

Poor coverage and high rates

Expensive and not great benefits
