Health Insurance

Very good package and options for Insurance. They have PPO and High Deductible with Employer match options.

Aetna is horrible. Tons of hidden/non-covered fees. Horrible at covering new employees. I had to submit my proof of prior Health insurance 5 (5!) times because the either lost it or never received it. Finally, I talked to the manager of billing and faxed it to her while we were on the phone. I was told they would begin to see if we were eligible for pre-existing condition coverage when I was submitting forms in 2009 showing I had health care coverage for the prior 15 years.

The coverage is only ok, and the costs are a little high for the industry. There are several plan options and they are different for bargaining unit and management personnel.

No fertility coverage. Otherwise average.
