Entertainment Partners sponsors an ESOP for the benefit of eligible employees. The ESOP is a tax-qualified retirement plan to which the company may make contributions in the form of cash or Company stock. Employees are not required or permitted to make contributions to the ESOP. Eligible employees will not be taxed on these benefits until they actually receive a distribution from the ESOP trustee.
Eligible employees participating in the ESOP will receive credit for a share of any employer contributions to the ESOP and any forfeitures attributable to former employees who left EP. Employee efforts toward the profitable operation of EP may help increase the value of EP stock and result in a financial accumulation for them and their future financial security.

The retirement plan is via company stock ownership, and you earn stock just by working there (no financial contribution required from the employee). The numbers are pretty staggering about how fast the stock plan value has grown over the years.
