Sucked and does pay for nothing and the network was for expensive doctor's. You pay more for the copay then for the actual insurance. Cigna is the worst ever!!!

At the time that I had it, it wasn't too bad. I didn't use it very often so I can't attest to the full range of benefits but it definitely made my Doctor visits and my prescriptions affordable.
