You get a decent amount for yourself and​ family members

It is a bit difficult to take sick day because it is only two other people who can cover, therefore sometimes you have to go even if you're sick.

Epiq provides the bare minimum to be in compliance with Oregon Paid Sick Leave Act, which requires 10 days per year of paid sick leave, which can be accrued, meaning you don't get all of the paid leave up front, you earn it on an accrued basis.

There is no sick benefit. If you are sick you will not be paid and you may get terminated from further employment with the company.

Again had to be accrued.. how can you request off and have to wait for it to be approved when sick????

The sick days were only given because they were required by NYC law. And you had to fight for them.

A decent number of sick days so you weren't having to many issues when you were ill.

You get standard Oregon paid sick leave but they make it painful to claim at Epiq systems.

You can accrue 40 hours of sick time paid but can only be sick about 3 days before you get fired.
