Thank you for this feedback. I wanted to clarify the Epitec vesting schedule. Vesting is 20% each year. After 6 years an employee is fully vested. However, in the second year, they are 20% vested; in the third year, they are 40% vested; in the 4th year, they are 60%; in the 5th year, they are 80%; and in the 6th year, they are 100%. This is a fairly common vesting schedule. However, what would be attractive to you? What are you seeing among other employers? Epitec is committed to maintaining a competitive 401K Plan.
